Do you sign BAAs?+
Yes. Velozent Technologies signs as your Business Associate as part of the Growth and Enterprise tiers. Starter tier customers can request a BAA at no extra cost.
How is pricing calculated?+
Per active user, per month. Active = logged in within the trailing 30 days. Vendor portal users (counterparty side) don't count against your seat limit.
Can I migrate from another CLM?+
Yes. Our import tooling handles Ironclad, Concord, Agiloft, Conga, Icertis, and bulk CSV/DocuSign exports. Enterprise migrations get a dedicated solutions architect.
What about non-healthcare contracts?+
VeloContract is optimized for healthcare today (HIPAA, BAAs, FDA, OIG-LEIE). Generic vendor contracts still work fine, but we don't recommend it if healthcare isn't your primary vertical. Look at VeloDesk's contract module for IT-vendor CLM lite.
How does data isolation work between tenants?+
Every table has tenant_id NOT NULL with Postgres Row Level Security policies enforced at the database layer. Even a hypothetical SQL injection could not read across tenants — RLS runs below the application.
